All on four, or All on 4 is a technique where a whole arch of failing teeth are replaced with fixed dental implants in a single visit. The teeth are removed, implants placed and high quality fixed temporary teeth are fitted, all without the patient needing to leave the clinic.

BONE GRAFTING / SINUS LIFTS

In some cases there is not enough bone to place an implant. We at Bingham Dental use very tried and tested materials, and advanced, minimally -invasive techniques for bone grafting, before placing implant. A sinus lift can make the implant placement procedure possible, allowing people with bone loss to enjoy the benefits of a long term fixed solution to their missing or failing teeth.
